Plants or trees are one of the most important characteristics of a watershed as the plant community determines how the ecosystem will act in that environment, like the soil, air, and water quality, what kind of animals will be attracted towards this area, and so on. Some of the common plants that are found in this watershed are listed below: Virginia Pine, White Pine, Broom Sage Grass, Rhododendron , Hemlock Woolly Adelgid, Table Mountain Pine, and Coltsfoot. Hello, all! My name is Prema Nandi. I am a graduate assistant and a Master of Landscape Architecture student at Virginia Tech. I am originally from Bangladesh where I completed my undergrad in Architecture from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
